Schedules of Condition

Where parties agree that the initial repair of commercial premises is less than in ‘full repair’, it follows that the Tenants’ interest would be best served by producing a Schedule of Condition identifying the initial status of the premises at the start of the Tenancy. We prepare Schedules of Condition for such purposes.

Insurance Reinstatement Valuations

Under-insurance is a major issue when the worst happens and there is the need for a Claim on your insurance company due to fire, flooding, subsidence or other perils. We undertake Insurance Reinstatement Valuations to ensure that a property is adequately covered and to prevent a downgrade of an Insurance Claim due to under-insurance.
